Shipping policy

We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hours service. UK Shipping is free. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.

Under normal circumstances, website orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, will be collected by Royal Mail the same day. Next day delivery is the standard that the service aims for, but we cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will achieve 24 deliveries in all cases.

Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday, with the exception of Bank Holidays. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
