90 Day Results Guarantee
Our Guarantee: We believe that Joint Aid will deliver improvements in most dogs’ condition after a sustained period of daily use. That’s why we offer our 90 day Results Guarantee: so you can give it a fair try on your dog without any risk. If you don't see a difference in your dog’s level of mobility and ease of movement within 90 days of receiving the product, get in touch and we’ll refund your purchase.
Maximise the benefits: Please follow the serving guidelines carefully, especially in selecting the right number of tablets per day for your dog. Plus, if your dog hasn’t taken a joint supplement before we recommended doubling the serving for the first 6 weeks to really saturate the joint with nutrients and supercharge the recovery process.
Conditions: This Guarantee applies to your first website order of Joint Aid only. If you have purchased more than one unit, the refund will apply to one unit only, and we will request that unopened packs are sent back to us. Customers must use the product daily for at least 90 days and follow the recommended use information. We will always be fair and commit to fulfilling our obligation, but refunds are subject to a ‘reasonable use’ policy. In the event that we have reasonable grounds to suspect abuse of the policy we reserve the right to end the Guarantee, refuse a refund or change the conditions at any time. Refunds will be processed as soon as they are cleared but please allow a few days for receipt of the funds.
Processing Refunds: In order to process a refund you will need to contact hello@:nortons.dog within one week of the expiry of the 90 day period (from the tracked date of product delivery). We’re also happy to check that you’re getting the best out of your Joint Aid at any period in its use on that email address or by calling our free phone line on 0800 999 1353.
Regular Refunds / Returns
Changed your mind?: No problem. If you’ve made an order that you have decided that you no longer need, and the product is unopened and in saleable condition, then we can arrange for the product to be returned to us and refund you for the purchase. Please contact hello@:nortons.dog within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return. Return delivery is at the buyer's expense. Please confirm the address with our team before dispatching returns as our logistics centre has a different address to our main office. Refunds for returns will be processed as soon as the product in question has arrived with our team and its condition checked. Afterwards please allow a few days for receipt of the funds.
Issue with the product: We take the quality and consistency of our product extremely seriously. Please get in touch if you have any concerns about the condition of your Joint Aid tablets and our team will investigate immediately. In the event that there is a clear issue with the product we will arrange for it to be collected at our expense so we can investigate the issue further. Your refund in this case will be processed ASAP and we will keep you informed as to the results of our investigation.
